  By accessing, registering, or using EasyGlobalShip.in, you agree to comply with all the Terms & Conditions listed here.

• • Nature of Service
  EasyGlobalShip.in acts as a booking platform to help Indian exporters create and pay for international shipments through IndiaPost DNK.

  • We do not operate as a courier or delivery company.
  • Shipment execution is handled entirely by IndiaPost.

• • Booking Responsibility

  • You must accurately enter shipment details including receiver address, product value, and contents.
  • You are responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect or false declarations.

• • Parcel Preparation & Submission

  • Once booking is complete, you must print the shipping label, paste it on the parcel, and submit the parcel to a designated DNK post office.
  • Parcels without proper submission or packaging may be rejected.
  • Any return charges is to be paid by the sender incase package is returned due to any reason and these charges are levied by competent authories.
  • Any custom duty / vat / taxes etc is to be paid by the sender incase customs / relavent authories apply any of these charges during inspection / import / export formalities.

• • Label Validity

  • Labels generated via EasyGlobalShip are valid only at DNK-designated post offices.
  • If submitted elsewhere, the parcel may be refused or returned.

• • Packaging & Compliance

  • You are responsible for safe, secure, and regulation-compliant packaging.
  • Prohibited or restricted items must not be shipped.
  • Ensure all customs/export rules are followed as per Indian and destination country laws.

• • Account Security

  • Maintain confidentiality of your EasyGlobalShip account credentials.
  • Any action taken through your account will be deemed your responsibility.

• • Fraudulent or Illegal Use

  • Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity is strictly prohibited.
  • This includes use for banned items, fake declarations, or identity misuse.

• • Loss, Delay, or Damage

  • Once the parcel is submitted to IndiaPost, delivery and handling responsibility rests with them.
  • EasyGlobalShip.in is not liable for loss, damage, or delivery delay or any other foreseen/unforeseen activities.

• • Dispute Handling

  • In case of delivery issues, the tracking number and complaint must be registered with IndiaPost.
  • We may assist in providing booking proof but are not the resolution authority.

• • Service Fees

  • Prices listed on EasyGlobalShip.in include IndiaPost charges and platform service fees. These cost are estimate. Once booking is done, we will re-concile and charge you actual basis. Currently we are not charging any service fee. You will see actual charges applied by IndiaPost.
  • These are non-refundable once a label is generated, unless you cancel the shipment and do not book it within the stipulated timeframe. After that, you may request cancellation and we will refund the payment made for that label. These are non-refundable once a label is generated, unless IndiaPost agrees to cancellation / refund.

• • Termination of Access

  • We reserve the right to suspend, block, or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse services, or cause disruption.

• • Intellectual Property

  • All text, logos, software, and visual content on EasyGlobalShip.in are owned or licensed and protected under copyright.

• • Privacy Policy

  • User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which outlines collection, usage, and data protection practices.

• • Modifications

  • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Continued usage implies agreement to the updated terms.
