Shipping Policy

1) Who will hand over the parcel to India Post?

The customer (shipper) must physically submit the parcel at an authorized DNK (Dak Niryat Kendra) post office after booking and label generation. EasyGlobalShip.in does not offer pickup services.

2) Who will send the parcel to the destination country?

After handover at DNK, India Post takes custody and processes export, international transit, and onward dispatch through its international postal network.

3) Who will deliver it to the recipient?

Final delivery is completed by the destination country’s postal authority (or its authorized delivery partner) as per local delivery rules. EasyGlobalShip.in does not perform last-mile delivery.

Note: EasyGlobalShip.in is a facilitation platform for booking and label generation and does not physically handle parcels. Any delays, customs holds, or delivery issues are managed by India Post and the destination postal network.
