Refund & Cancellation Policy

EasyGlobalShip.in provides a digital booking service for international shipments via India Post DNK. As our service involves real-time booking, payment, and documentation processing with government systems, refunds are limited and subject to verification.
Refund Eligibility
- If payment was made but the shipment label was not generated.
- If the booking failed due to technical/processing error on our side.
- If duplicate payment was made for the same shipment.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Shipment already accepted by IndiaPost counter.
- Customs restrictions, rejection, seizure, or return-to-origin by authorities.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
Refund Processing
- Refunds, if approved, are credited to your EasyGlobalShip Wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used for future shipments.
- Refund to bank account may take 5–7 business days.
